I love to have a plan in mind when it comes to evening meals. More often than not my husband and I sit there looking at each other. Both are frustrated that the other one doesn't know what we should make, so we end up with cereal or eggs.
Next week though, I pledge to be prepared. I have search from some new recipes to try and found quite a few. They are in no particular order. I am going to write the recipe titles on a small chalk board in my kitchen. When I select a meal for the day, I will simple cross through it.
Sounds like a plan. Let's just see if I stick too it.

I will post the recipe for watermelon salsa soon. I only plan 5 meals a week because we will always have left overs at least once and inevitably something will come up and we will have to eat out.
