Clean Ranch Dressing

Ingredients:

5 tablespoons lowfat buttermilk
3 tablespoons nonfat plain greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon dried dill
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried chives
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients in a bowl.  Whisk until smooth.
2.  Place dressingn in an airtight container and refridgerate after use.

Note:
if you double the recipe, there is no need to double the dill.
